Free State High School Firebird
The Free State High School Firebird logo. While I did not create the logo, I did redraw and create this high-resolution version. There are five main Firebird designs that have been associated with the school: 1.) The original 1997 Firebird that ripped off the design of the Temple Owl's body... (http://cjonline.com/images/081797/FSHS_firebird.gif). 2.) The unofficial Firebird that people misuse all the time for some reason. From what I understand, the "unofficial" Firebird (the one with the smaller head) was created as an immediate replacement for the first one with the Temple Owl's body, later to be replaced with the current official Free State Firebird logo (the one with the bigger head). 3.) The current official Firebird (this one). 4.) The Marching Firebird logo that people confuse for the official school logo. 5.) Freddie the Firebird, and my character design for him... (http://www.jacobhood.org/apps/photos/photo?photoid=196880310). There have been many different variations of the Free State Firebird, but most all take direct inspiration from this one.
